Building a culture of peace requires a strong commitment from all countries to work towards building peace in the common home of the Earth, based on the values of the Creator of the Universe and common interests. A culture of peace requires developing the ability to act together. The responsibility of preserving peace by everyone becomes an international norm of humanity. Only peaceful solutions must be implemented at all levels of the international community. The BRICS+ international platform of united states and nations can become an initiative core in the implementation of a culture of peace and peaceful politics by all peoples and countries in all spheres of life on planet Earth.

Impact factors on the PG supervisee students’ engagement & relationships

The relationship of supervisor-supervisee and impacting factors on it has been examined by many research scholars. The study, through a critical discussion , addresses the issues of ‘How’ students can best be supported in engaging with their studies and balancing other demands/interests, how the supervisory team can work together effectively, how conflicts & tensions can be managed effectively, ‘What’ challenges/opportunities are presented when working with international students. Various issues of PG supervision were critically addressed and recommendations were provided. One important issue is the impact of relations ,challenges and learning environment in which people operate and collaborate. Planning in advance and critically examining tailor-made approaches to supervisees’ needs adds significant value which results in contributing to a constructive learning experience and increase of individuals’ performance

A critical discussion of ‘Masterness

The present work is a short discussion paper on the concept and content of ‘Masterness’ as this was established by the Scottish Higher Education Enhancement Committee which also identified the use of ‘facets’ of Mastersness via an effort to reflect upon postgraduate learning and teaching practices and the content of the postgraduate taught courses. The paper , via a critical literature review highlights the importance of the Masterness as a toolkit being used by supervisors of postgraduate students in order to plan and deliver effectively PG supervision, minimise tensions & conflicts, help towards performance improvement .

The impact of financial crisis on employee relationships in the workplace

The issue of this study is the impact of financial crisis on employee relations in the workplace. Industrial relations are a major business issue and can be one of the factors that will affect their profitability. When negative situations occur in the workplace due to deregulation of labor relations, employee performance is not desirable. Labor relations are largely linked to job satisfaction. If the employee feels satisfied with his / her job, then he / she are more productive and actively contribute to the development of the company that works. This work will try to highlight the direct connection between labor relations and the current economic crisis. This research applies a critical literature review and empirical survey as methodological approach, via a qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reaches several important conclusions that link labor relations to all their manifestations at a time when the economic crisis is the main feature.

Through a thorough review of procedural outcomes and patient data, this study aims to elucidate the efficacy and safety of coil embolization for pseudoaneurysms at Grande International Hospital. Additionally, the study seeks to identify areas for further improvement and innovation in interventional radiology techniques, thereby enhancing patient care and outcomes. In conclusion, coil embolization represents a pivotal advancement in the management of pseudoaneurysms, offering a minimally invasive and effective treatment option. Grande International Hospital's commitment to excellence in interventional radiology ensures that patients receive state-of-the-art care, driving continued advancements and improved outcomes in the field of vascular intervention.
