Abstract

The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of meaning and significance of time-management skills. These are the skills, which need to be put into operation in personal and professional lives. These are the skills, which are facilitating in completing all types of tasks and activities within the stipulated period of time. The individuals need to ensure, they reinforce these skills on regular basis. The individuals assign priorities to the job duties and responsibilities. Furthermore, they need to augment information and understanding in terms of different types of methodologies and procedures. The individuals are required to ensure, they complete all types of tasks and activities within the required time-frame. As a consequence of acknowledging and implementing these skills, the individuals will be able to meet the expectations of family members, educators and employers. Hence, leading to up-gradation of these skills is regarded as vital in incurring the feelings of pleasure and contentment. Furthermore, individuals will be well-prepared in leading to up-gradation of overall standards of living. Hence, throughout the lives of the individuals, individuals need to lead to up-gradation of these skills in an appropriate manner. Therefore, it can be stated, honing time-management skills is essential in leading to progression of individuals. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of time-management skills, time-management skills, and measures to be put into operation in leading to up-gradation of time-management skills.
