Abstract

Within neighbourhoods, educational institutions of all levels, and in various types of employment settings, the individuals are different from each other in terms of various factors. But they are required to work in co-ordination with each other. There are certain job duties, which individuals cannot carry out in seclusion. Hence, they are required to communicate and work with other individuals. Furthermore, individuals are required to augment their knowledge and understanding in terms of various areas and obtain solutions to various types of problems. Hence, they are required to work in integration. As a consequence, individuals will be able to provide solutions to various problems and carry out all tasks successfully. The individuals in this manner not only facilitate the implementation of tasks in an effective manner but also generate information in terms of each other’s norms, values, traditions, cultures and backgrounds. Hence, integration of the country is an important concept, which needs to be understood by individuals on a comprehensive basis. In order to carry out all tasks and activities successfully, the individuals need to develop mutual understanding and work in integration. This is necessary in personal and professional lives of the individuals. Therefore, it is well-understood, integration of the country is indispensable in leading to progression of the individuals and communities. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, factors highlighting the significance of integration, measures to be implemented to strengthen integration and integration is important for individuals, belonging to rural communities.
