Authors must follow the Authors guidelines of the journal.

Editorial responsibilities:

Publication Decisions: The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which of the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be published, based on the validation of the work in question, its importance to researchers and readers, the reviewers’ comments, and such legal requirements as are currently in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The Editor-in-Chief may confirm with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.

Fair Play: The submitted Manuscripts are surveyed for their scholarly substance no matter what the creators' race, orientation, sexual direction, strict conviction, ethnic beginning, citizenship or political way of thinking. Choices to alter and distribute are not constrained by unofficial laws or by some other substance outside the the journal itself.

Confidentiality: The editor and editorial staff will not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: A manuscript's unpublished materials cannot be used in an Editor's own research without the explicit written permission of the authors. When editors receive confidential information or ideas as a result of handling a manuscript, they would not use it for their own benefit. When editors have financial, competitive, collaborative, or other conflicts of interest with any of the authors, companies, or organizations associated with the papers, they will refuse to serve as editors on those manuscripts; They will instead request that a different board member handle the manuscript.

Author’s responsibilities:

Originality, Plagiarism and Acknowledgement: Authors need to make sure that the work they are submitting as theirs is totally original. Authors need to certify that the manuscript has now not formerly been posted elsewhere. Plagiarism takes many forms, from “passing off” another’s paper as the author’s own, to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another’s paper (without attribution), to claiming results from research conducted by others. Fundamental Errors: When authors findout significant errors or inaccuracies in their own published work, it is their obligation to promptly notify the journal’s editors or publisher and cooperate with them to either correct the paper in the form of an erratum or to retract the paper. If the editors or publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains a significant error or inaccuracy, then it is the authors’ obligation to promptly correct or retract the paper or provide evidence to the journal editors of the correctness of the paper.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities:

  • Providing a detailed, constructive, and unbiased evaluation in a timely manner on the scientific content of the work.
  • Indicating whether the writing is relevant, concise & clear and evaluating the originality and scientific accuracy.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of the complete review process.
  • Notifying the journal editor about any financial or personal conflict of interest and declining to review the manuscript when a possibility of such a conflict exists.
  • Notifying the journal editor of any ethical concerns in their evaluation of submitted manuscripts; such as any violation of ethical treatment of animal or human subjects or any considerable similarity between the previously published article and any reviewed manuscript.

Publisher’s Responsibilities:

  • The publisher ensures the integrity of the academic record.
