Abstract

Politeness though tender in nature possesses immense power to conquer the head and heart of any person even sometimes the opponent as well. It befools the opponent through its innovative mechanism. As such shrewd people use it tactfully; knowledgeable person use it effectively and wise people use this tool intelligently. Sometimes rudeness cannot serve the purpose whereas politeness wins at ease. As such, they say, where rudeness ends politeness begins.
