Abstract

Objective I am a 92-year-old personification of Nature’s wordless attraction (love) to begin life. As an Applied Ecopsychology ADP, commencing 1959, I spent 16 years directing year-long, utopian, Nature-Connected Psychology expeditions independently and for the National Audubon Society. Travel-camping across the USA, we organized ourselves to create unifying natural area moments that let Nature’s life teach and heal us via its space-time essence instead of from our suicidal war with Nature.

Methodology Since 1985, after initiating the world’s first “Is the Earth a Living Organism?” International Gaia Symposium, I created today’s Project NatureConnect online Organic Psychology activities,  courses, and degree programs. They let Nature’s heartfelt essence (Natureness) interlace our 54-senses with Nature’s unconditional love, backyard, or backcountry. This 850% increases personal, social, and environmental well-being as it transforms the abusive cause and pain of our problems into Nature’s balance and beauty. “You become Youness” as this article unites folks through evidence-based Natureness truths.

Discussion Professional journals and field experiences validate my 1965 hypothesis: “Teaching myself and others to teach Naturenessachieves my Objective, (above.)” This article/tool adds global wellness to the indisputable truth that“You are reading these words here and now.”   In 1965, in a wilderness area, that truth demonstrated that because I (humanity) can speak with words and Nature cannot, without Natureness, our stories excessively disconnect us from Nature. To compensate for this hurtful abandonment we constantly crave artificial satisfaction from Earth’snatural resources/metabolism around, in, and as us. Tragically, this has 45% bankrupted our person/planet life and counting.

Conclusion This article creates natural area moments that let our 54-sensible end with Nature’s wordless love to begin life. Its organic wisdom remedies our eco-suicide through therapeutic practices that make our experiences become beneficial person/planet relationships when we relate to the natural essence of things instead of just their stories.
