Educators as Learning Facilitators are contributing in Leading to Up-gradation of Educational Institutions

Abstract
The main objective of this research paper is to understand that educators are learning facilitators. In educational institutions of all levels, they have one of the primary goals of promoting student learning. Hence, when they are wholeheartedly committed towards achievement of this goal, they need to carry out their job duties as learning facilitators. The educators need to put into operation different types of teaching-learning methods, teaching-learning materials and instructional strategies in order to facilitate learning among students. Furthermore, they need to make use of various types of modern, scientific and innovative methods and materials. In addition, they need to augment their competencies, abilities and aptitude. Hence, it is well-understood, educators as learning facilitators are contributing in augmenting competencies and abilities among students. Furthermore, the educators work diligently in making learning pleasurable and motivating to students. They encourage the participation of students in various types of academic activities. Furthermore, they encourage the implementation of different types of assessment strategies. Furthermore, in order to do well in one’s job duties and generate desired outcomes, students need to lead to up-gradation of listening skills. Therefore, it is well-understood that educators as learning facilitators are contributing in leading to up-gradation of educational institutions. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of learning facilitators, measures to be implemented in enhancing the job duties as learning facilitators and advantages of promoting enrichment of job duties as learning facilitators.
